We take our time to carefully pick, pack and send each order. However, we think it’s important that you receive your order in a timely manner. You can expect your order to arrive in 2 working days. If you order during the weekend, you may expect your order to arrive on Tuesday. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
If you think something is wrong with your delivery, please notify us as soon as possible by sending an email to email@example.com. Mention your order number and the product code of the items, this way we can help you much faster.
We offer 2 delivery options: Home delivery and Pickup Shop.
• Home delivery
is straight forward. Our delivery partner DPD will deliver the parcel to your front door. If you are not at home, they will retry the delivery one more time. If during the second delivery attempt you are not at home, they will leave a note and drop off your parcel at a nearby pickup shop.
• Pickup Shop
delivery means that your parcel will be dropped off at a nearby shop. When you have entered your delivery address during checkout, we will suggest a few nearby pickup shops you can choose from. You will receive an email when the pickup shop received your parcel so you can pick it up anytime you want. If you don’t pick up your parcel within 10 days, your parcel will be returned to us.How to return/exchange your package
Please send your item(s) with the tag on and in clean state back if you would like to return or exchange it. Below you can find the steps you need to follow if you want to return your package:
• Go to the return/exchange page
• Fill in your zip code and track & trace number
• Place your retour label on your parcel
• Bring your order to a nearby DPD-shop. You can easily find a DPD-shop on this
Once we have received your parcel, we will pay you the amount back.
